Lower Dolpo Trek

The far-flung highland and isolated trekking in Lower Dolpo region follows the hidden trail that is used by locals in the Phoksundo National Park of Nepal. The ethnics of Tibetan origin Bon Po and Buddhists communities, who spend primitive existence with their antique lifestyles, inhabit the area. Consisting of variations, the brilliant trek in Lower Dolpo and its adventurous high pass trail helps you discover the spiritual tenderness of the Tibetan culture. We operate this trip with full arrangements of safety measures, camping instruments and food. It passes through two major high passes (5190-m Numala Pass & 5070-m Bagala Pass). Then explore the Phoksundo Lake (3,611m), one of the deepest lakes and situated at a high altitude, and experience the unchanged Bon culture and Tibetan Buddhism.

The Lower Dolpo trek begins from the World Heritage cultural sightseeing in the Kathmandu Valley. After sightseeing, we make a touchdown in Nepalgunj at the end of a scenic flight from Kathmandu. From Nepalgunj, theres another flight to catch, which takes us to Juphal at the end of another memorable flight to this secluded place.
