Kaligandaki river rafting is suitable for both the beginners and the experienced one. It offers and explores the opportunity to observe different species of wildlife, scenic view of mountain ranges, sandy beaches, tumbling waterfalls, jungles, fishing, hills, rural traditional Magar and Chhatrivillage settlements, world’s deepest Gorge and various flora and fauna on the river bank.
The rafting trip starts from one of the city Pokhara. The total days will be 3 days for rafting. If you are travelling from Kathmandu you will need to add 2 days extra.

Brief Itinerary

Day 1 : Pokhara – Nayapool - Modikhola

Day 2 : Modikhola – Purti Ghat

Day 3 : Purti Ghat - Mirme to Pokhara

We will not be responsible to the followings:
Insurance of personal lost or damage of personal belongings.
We will not responsible of any delay arriving, going out without any information.
If any gears broken or lost because of the clients careless or neglect will be payable.
Any alcohol or smoking or etc will be strictly not allowed while in the raft.
They must have to follow the guide command while in raft and leader command while in bus or etc.

Recommended gears:
Shorts- half pant/Trouser, T-shirts (long sleep for sun protection), Swim wear, Light weight shirts, Undergarments, Socks, a towel.
Sun Cap/Glass/Cream, Personal water bottle, a pair of river sandals, Light shoe.
Fleece type pullover, Flashlight, Personal toiletries, Camera, Reading and Writing materials, Medication recommended by your doctor.

Our company will provide following things
Self bailing rafts, Helmets, Life jackets, Paddles, Safety kayak and wet suits.
Tents, Sleeping Bags, Mattress, Waterproof Container/Dry bag for gear, camera barrels, valuables things and First-Aid Kits.

Day 1: Drive Pokhara – Nayapool&Modikhola
Early in the morning drive from Pokhara to Nayapool  andModikhola and do the camping at Modikhola (70km/ 4hrs drive from Pokhara). We start rafting from Modikhola
Overnight at camping tent.

Day 2: Modikhola – PurtiGhat
The second day of rafting starts from the camp site at ModiKhola below the village of PurtiGhat. While on rafting in the river, we would also observe the calm and spectacular scenery including views of Mt. Annapurna I and Mt. Himchuli. Overnight at campsite in PurtiGhat.


Day 3 :PurtiGhat - Mirme&Pokhara
It is the last day of our kali Gandaki rafting. While returning, we penetrate into the holy village called SetiBeni. It would be interesting to watch house sized boulder in the confluence. The confluences are considered holy in the Hindu mythology. Now, it is time for us to start our journey to back Pokhara or you can join for another activity. Drive Mirmi to Pokhara which will take approximately 5 hrs
