On the lap of the high Himalayan settlement with rich ancient Tibetan cultural heritage is a village called Jomsom, which is situated at the altitude of 2723m. Jomsomis not only for trekking but also the gatewayto upper Mustang. The Thakalis living in the Jomsom region and in the nearby villages of Marpha and Tukuche have been known for their trading skills. They occupy an important village on the traditional trade route between the Genetic plains of India and Tibet. Muktinath is a sacred place both for Hindus and Buddhist located in Muktinath Valley at an altitude of 3800 meters at the foot of the Thorang La Pass Mountain in the Annapurna region.

Then take flight to Pokhara and Kathmandu from Jomsom or you have option to drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu. You can do this trekking by reversing the same route from Jomsom to Pokhara and when you start take flight from Pokhara to Jomsom.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)
Upon arrival at the airport, meet and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, you have an option to be escorted stroll around Thamel and the local streets of Kathmandu. Welcome dinner in the evening with a typical Nepali cultural program.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek Preparation
After breakfast, start sightseeing coveringtheUNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu, which are Kathmandu Durbar Square and SwyambhunathStupa.  Kathmandu Durbar Square area holds the palaces of the medieval Kings who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom.Swayambhu meaning the "the self-existent" is popular among the foreigners as Monkey Temple owing to the large number of monkey population residing in this area. In the afternoon you will get short briefing and discussion regarding trekking.

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m) 6hrs
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu (208km) via Prithvi Highway, takes 6hrs approximately (option to fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, takes extra cost). Along the way we will stop in scenic spots, for lunch and to get fresh as well. In the evening, you have option to stroll around the Phewa Lake and local market.

Day 4: Drive Pokhara - Nayapul (1050) & Trek to Tikhedhunga(1570m) 4hrs
Drive Pokhara (915 m.) to Nayapul (1050m/45km) by Private vehicle, which takes 1.5hrs drive. While driving you will pass through village with great scenery form Naudanda, Kanre, and Lumle all the way to Nayapul. Begin trek from Nayapul (1050m) to Tikhedhunga (1577m) via Birethanti (1065m), which takes about 4 hours.  Our adventure trekking begins with warm sub tropical region & follows the Modi River upstream to Birethanti then follows the east bank of BhurungdiKhola with scenery of waterfall &dense green forest.

Day 5: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2860) 5-6hrs
After breakfast, trek Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2855m), which takes about 6hrs. The route goes steeply uphill with stones peeped step up to reach Ulleri (1960m). From Ulleri you can have a view of Annapurna Himal and beautiful greenery terraces. After few hours of walk, a steep ascent and more gradual uphill walk to reach to the Ghorepani passing through beautiful villages Banthati (2210m) and Nayathati (2430m) observing the village lifestyle and culture of the local people. We will pass through some delightful and the beautiful dense rhododendron forest revealing the typicalnatureof Nepal in the mountain region.Ghorepani is an interesting place with small shops and stalls for selling local products and craft.

Day 6: Ghorepani to Tatopani (1,190m): 5-6 hrs
We start trekking early in the morning to have a better view of mountains and clear weather. The secret of the trekking is to start trekking as much as early as you can, so you can have better clear view.We stop at the higher part of the Ghorepani town that offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains including Annapurna South and Nilgiri mountains. Continuing the further trail to Tatopani, we descend steeply to reach to large beautiful village Sikha (1935m) then further descend to Ghara(1700m) village. After crossing suspension bridge trail passes slightly up to Tatopani. The meaning of Tatopani is hot water in Nepali originates its name from the hot springs and the hot springs are popular among the trekkers.

Day 7: Tatopani to Ghasa (2010m): 5-6 hrs
The trail further follows the Kali Gandaki river flows under the deep gorge by 2200m in between two 8000m mountaintops. Continuing along to Dana, RukseChahara(1630) (meaning beautiful waterfall) and Kopchepani (1620m), the trail further ascends to the wonderful Thakali village Ghasa. Ghasa is a paradise for the bird watchers; enjoy the evening at Ghasa with various species of birds in Annapurna region of Nepal.

Day 8: Ghasa to Marpha (2,680m): 5-6hrs
Today we will follow a steep up through dense forest exploring the diverse flora and fauna of Lower mustang area. Further takes you to LeteKhola then reach to Lete. It further continues to the east side of the Kaligandaki reach you Larjung Village. From Larjung, we cross trail via Tukche (2590m) reach to the Marpha. On the way to Tukuche to Marpha, you will see all the apple farms, one of the popular apple-farmingvillage.

Day 9: Marpha to Kagbeni (2,810m)4-5 hrs
Toddy’s trail will be the lower ridge of Mustang and we we will start early in the morning as there would be windy in the afternoon. The trail continues along the valley side, rising gradually before crossing over a low ridge to Jomsom Village. Crossing the PangaKhola, reach EkleBhatti(meaning lonely bar, this is just Name of village) (2740m). The trek continues on the gradual upward path through the corner of Kali Gandakiriverfor about 3-4 hours and reach to EkleyBhatti village. After brief rest further continue about one hour to reach to the Kagbani, at the bank of the two rivers Kaligandaki and Shaligram.Kagbeni is unique medival village and also the gateway to the Upper Mustang Trekking. It used to be trade route to Tibet via Upper Mustang.

Day 10: Kagbeni to Muktinath (3,800m): 5-6hrs
Trekking starts with check up permit at Kagbeni. People whoever go Upper Mustang trekking, this is the checkpoint for you. From Kagbeni the path climbs steeply to re-join the direct trail leading to Khingar(3200m). The trail gradually rises up through a desert landscape till Jarkot Village. A further trail gradual up to reaches to one of the pilgrimage destination village Muktinath(3800m).

Day 11: Muktinath to Jomsom (2,720m): 5-6 hrs
Enjoy the magnificent view of Dhaulagiri from Muktinath early in the morning while visiting the Muktinath Temple. This is one of the most important pilgrimage destinations for Hindus. Holy water flows from the 108 carved spouts surrounding the Vishnu temple in an orchard of poplars. Muktinath is also home to many ethnic Tibetans and holy Buddhists, who come here for the temple in which fire miraculously burns in a stream of water inside a small but very holy temple. Muktinath itself demonstrates the religions harmony in Nepal. From Muktinathdescend back to Jomsom, which will take about 3 to 4 hours.

Day 12: Fly Jomsom to Pokhara 30min.
In the morning transfer to airport and take spectacular adventure 30-min flight back to Pokhara between the gorge of the two huge mountains Annapurna and Dhaulagiri. Note that there may be possibility if cancelling flight schedule because of change in weather. On arrival in Pokhara, transfer to the hotel and have a rest. In the afternoon we visit world Peace Stupa and take boat riding in Fewa Lake, considered to be the second biggest lake of Nepal.

Day 13: DrivePokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu(200km/6-7hrs). Better to hold on the left panel of the vehicle to enjoy the diverse landscape and scenery en-route. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can spend the evening leisurely;maybe catch up on some last minute shopping.

Day 14: Final departure
You will be transfer to the International airport by Private vehicle according to your flight schedule.
