Day1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon arrival at the airport, meet and transfer to the hotel. In the evening, you have an option to be escorted on a stroll around Thamel and the local streets of Kathmandu. Welcome dinner in the evening with a typical Nepali cultural program.

 Day2: Kathmandu explore & Namobuddha

After breakfast visit world’s oldest Stupa of Swoyambhunath Stupa one of the most important centers of Buddhist learning in Nepal and located on top of a hill overlooking Kathmandu valley. Then visit Boudhnath Stupa, known as largest Stupa in the world, Buddhist Monastry and the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal. Then drive for about 1hr, along Nepal-Tibet road (Araniko Rajmarga) till Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is well known for one of finest panoramic mountain views.  After brief stop, take a side road to Namobuddha, an important Buddhist pilgrimage site,Visit beautiful Namo Buddha Village with short walking & Thrangu Tashi Yangtse Monastery.

 Day3: Nomobuddha-Patan & Kathmandu

After breakfast drive to Patan famous for its arts and crafts. Pilgrimage highlights are Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, a beautiful monastery and Mahaboudha, visit the Tibetan cultural center first founded by the Tibetan refugees of the late fifties and now an exhibition, shopping complex of carpets, jewelry and many interesting souvenirs.

 Day4: Drive Kathmandu - Lumbini 

Drive Kathmandu to Lumbini (6-7hrs/288 km) via Prithivi Hwy and East - West Hwy, on the way visit scenic Buddhist pilgrimage spot or you have option flight to Bhairawa which will cost you extra. On arrival in Lumbini, transfer to the hotel and enjoy as a leisure in the evening.

 Day 5: Full day sightseeing in Lumbini

 Full day sight seeing covering; Sacred Garden, Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Piller, Pushkarani Pond, various Buddhist Monastries and Lumbini Museum.

 Day 6: Full day sightseeing

 Religious and archaeological sites visit covering Tilaurakot (28km from lumbini, takes approximately 45min) , Kudan (Nigrodham ancient name) where Buddha met his family after enlighted which is about 7km south from Tilaurakot, Royal Palace of Gautam Buddha is called Tilaurakot, Niglihawa and Sagarhawa. Then drive back to Lumbini.

 Day 7: Lumbini-Kathmandu

After breakfast drive to Bhairahawa (15km/25min) via Taulihawa Road and   flight to Kathmandu (30min). Rest of the day is free for shopping and walking around the interesting tourist and local market of Kathmandu.

Transfer to the airport according to your flight schedule for departure
